Availability of General Water Quality Management Permit for Construction of Small Flow Treatment Facilities (WQG-1)

   The Department of Environmental Protection (Department) announces a final General Water Quality Management Permit for Construction of Small Flow Treatment Facilities (WQG-1). This General Permit reflects no revisions to the draft General Permit, which was published at 34 Pa.B. 755 (February 7, 2004) for public comment. No comments were received on the draft.

   The final General Permit is now available and has been posted on the Department's website: www.dep.state.pa.us (DEP Keyword: DEP Permits; click ''General Permits'').
