TIOGA COUNTY Bench Warrant Fee for Domestic Relations Section; No. 45 M.S. 2004 [34 Pa.B. 1326] Order And Now, the 23rd Day of February, 2004, the Court hereby imposes a fee in the amount of $100.00 for each Bench Warrant issued in all Domestic Relations matters.
The Court further Orders that all fees generated are to be used for the purpose of offsetting the operating costs of the Domestic Relations Section. This order will be effective 30 days following publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
