[Saturday, March 5, 2016]In accordance with section 27.1 of the Board of Vehicles Act (act) (63 P. S. § 818.27a), the State Board of Vehicle Manufacturers, Dealers and Salespersons (Board) provides notice that a dealer may not charge the purchaser of a vehicle a documentary preparation fee under section 27.1(c) and (d) of the act that exceeds the limits set forth as follows.
