[Saturday, March 5, 2016]Metropolitan Life Insurance Company is requesting approval to increase the premium 59.6% on 3,308 policyholders from the following different policy forms: LTC-IDEAL-PA, LTC-FAC-PA, LTC-VAL-PA, LTC-PREM-PA, LTC-IDEAL-PA-ML, LTC-FAC-PA-ML, LTC-VAL-PA-ML and LTC-PREM-PA-ML.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to May 19, 2016, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
