[Saturday, March 31, 2012]Notice is hereby given that John A. Misco, Jr., having been suspended from the practice of law in the State of New Jersey for a period of 1 year by Order of the Supreme Court of New Jersey dated May 10, 2011, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania issued an Order dated March 12, 2012, suspending John A. Misco, Jr. from the practice of law in this Commonwealth for a period of 1 year, to run consecutive to the suspension imposed by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania on January 25, 2012. In accordance with Rule 217(f), Pa.R.D.E., since this formerly admitted attorney resides outside the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
