PENNSYLVANIA GAMING CONTROL BOARD Fees for Copies [37 Pa.B. 1469]
[Saturday, March 31, 2007]The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, under 58 Pa. Code § 407.2 (relating to minutes of public meeting and annual report), is amending the fee schedule for copies of Board minutes or annual reports requested by the public.
In the fee schedule published at 36 Pa.B. 4804 (August 26, 2006), the Board stated that Pennsylvania Sales Tax would be assessed on the cost of all copies and computer disks. As a result of the passage of the act of November 29, 2006 (P. L. 1630, No. 189), these materials are no longer subject to Pennsylvania Sales Tax. Therefore, the Board will no longer charge sales tax on these copies.
