United Services Automobile Association; USAA Casualty Insurance Company; Homeowners Rate Revision [42 Pa.B. 1201]
[Saturday, March 3, 2012]On February 15, 2012, the Insurance Department (Department) received from United Services Automobile Association and USAA Casualty Insurance Company a filing for a rate level revision for Homeowners insurance.
United Services Automobile Association requests an overall 14.6% increase amounting to $5,478,000 annually, to be effective August 15, 2012.
USAA Casualty Insurance Company requests an overall 15.5% increase amounting to $4,437,000 annually, to be effective August 15, 2012.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to April 15, 2012, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
