PENNSYLVANIA HOUSING FINANCE AGENCY Request for Proposals [31 Pa.B. 1297] The Housing Finance Agency (Agency) is issuing an Request for Proposal (RFP) to obtain the services of a certified public accounting firm to conduct a financial audit for the Agency, Homeowners' Emergency Mortgage Assistance Program for the Fiscal Year 2001 through 2003.
The Agency will receive sealed proposals until 3 p.m., March 23, 2001. Proposals received after 3 p.m. on March 23, 2001, WILL NOT be considered. Detailed specifications for this invitation to propose are provided in the RFP, which may be revised prior to contract finalization.
