Keystone Health Plan West; Rate Filing 1-DEM-00-KHPW [31 Pa.B. 1293] Keystone Health Plan West has resubmitted filing 1-DEM-00-KHPW for Insurance Department (Department) approval. This filing requests demographic rating methodology for groups with 50 or fewer eligible contracts in the western Commonwealth plan area, which are members of associations or purchasing pools. The requested rating methodology proposes to use demographic factors for age, industry and area. The factor for group size one has been eliminated. The requested effective date is July 1, 2001.
