 This hearing is being conducted under section 1101(a)(2) of the Right-to-Know Law (law) (65 P. S. § 67.1101(a)(2)) to determine whether certain records related to training provided by the Harrisburg Area Community College provides under the authority of 53 Pa.C.S. §§ 2161—2171 are exempt from disclosure.
