[Saturday, March 29, 2014]And Now, this 4th day of March, 2014, it is hereby Ordered and Decreed that the existing Delaware County Local Criminal Rule 1123(g) is rescinded and shall be entirely replaced and renamed by Delaware County Local Criminal Rule 720(E) Post Sentence Procedures—Filing of Post-Sentence Motions in accordance with the language set forth as follows. Said Rule shall go into effect thirty (30) days after Publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.

Post Sentence motions shall be filed in accordance with Pa.R.Crim.P. 720. Such motions shall be timely filed with the Office of Judicial Support, and copies thereof shall be promptly served upon the trial judge, the attorney for the Commonwealth, and any other counsel of record or upon pro se parties.
