[Saturday, March 28, 2015]CPC 14.147: House and Senate Gallery Preservation Maintenance. Removal of existing step light fixtures and provision and installation of new step light fixtures and accessories; new electrical circuits, connections and conduit from existing electrical panels for step light; new carpet installation; spot repair and refinishing of all woodwork; refinishing of brass hardware and railings; and general cleaning of all architectural surfaces.
A $100 dollar deposit is required for issuance of project documents. The issue date of the request for proposal was on March 24, 2015. A mandatory preproposal conference and walk through will be held on April 17, 2015, at 10 a.m. in Room 630, Main Capitol Building, Harrisburg, PA.
