DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION Contemplated Sale of Land No Longer Needed for Transportation Purposes [35 Pa.B. 1940] The Department of Transportation (Department), under section 2003(e)(7) of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P. S. § 513(e)(7)), intends to sell certain land owned by the Department located in Bloom Township along SR 219, Clearfield County. It has been determined that the land is no longer needed for present or future transportation purposes.
Interested public entities are invited to express their interest in purchasing the site within 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice to Department of Transportation, Kevin R. Kline, P. E., District Executive, Engineering District 2-0, 1924 Daisy Street Extension, P. O. Box 342, Clearfield, PA 16830.
