HealthAmerica; Rate Filing [31 Pa.B. 1653] On March 9th, 2001, HealthAmerica submitted filings of CRC Factors to be used with all groups of two or more for the community rating by class methodology. The factors included are age, gender and industry.
An effective date of October 1st, 2001, is requested.
Copies of the filing are available for public inspection during normal working hours, by appointment, at the Insurance Department's Harrisburg and Pittsburgh regional offices.
