[Saturday, March 23, 2013]CPC 12.138: Preservation of the South Vestibule of the Finance Building. The scope of work includes cleaning and preservation of the South Vestibule Eugene Savage ceiling mural by qualified artisans. General cleaning and dusting of floor to ceiling wall areas, molding, bronze work and miscellaneous architectural materials and finishes. A $100 deposit is required for issuance of project documents.
The issue date of proposal will be April 16, 2013, at 2 p.m. A mandatory preproposal conference and walk through will be held on April 23, 2013, at 10 a.m. and convene in Room 630, Main Capitol Building. Proposals are due on May 14, 2013, at 2 p.m. Proposals must remain firm for 60 calendar days following the proposal receipt date.
