A description of the proposed project is as follows: the Route 11/15 improvement project extends from Mt. The four-lane sections will be designed with separate turning lanes and median barrier to provide safe and steady flow of local traffic to and from business and residential areas. The five-lane portions will provide a center turning lane for direct access.
The Environmental Assessment is available for review at the following locations: Liverpool Post Office, Race Street, Liverpool, PA, between the hours of 6 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday; 1st National Bank, 104 North Front Street, Liverpool, PA, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 3 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and between the hours of 8 a.m. and 7 p.m., Friday; Tri-County Regional Planning Commission, Veterans Memorial Office Building, 112 Market Street, 7th Floor, Harrisburg, PA, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
