Application for Lease of Right-of-Way [33 Pa.B. 1546] The Department of Transportation (Department), under section 2002(c) of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P. S. § 512(c)) and 67 Pa. Code § 495.4 (relating to application procedure), gives notice that an application to lease highway right-of-way has been submitted to the Department by J. Andrew Tambellini d/b/a Louis Tambellini's Restaurant, Inc., 860 Saw Mill Run Boulevard, Pittsburgh, PA seeking to lease highway right-of-way located on the westerly side of SR 0051 along Saw Mill Run Boulevard (formerly Donald R. Beech property) in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, containing 25,265± square feet or 0.58± acre adjacent to SR 0051 for purposes of vehicle parking.
Interested persons are invited to submit, within 30 days from the publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, written comments, suggestions or objections regarding the approval of this application to Ray S. Hack, P. E., District Engineer, Engineering District 11-0, 45 Thoms Run Road, Bridgeville, PA 15017.
