Application for Lease of Right-of-Way [33 Pa.B. 1546] The Department of Transportation (Department), under section 2002(c) of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P. S. § 512(c)) and 67 Pa. Code § 495.4 (relating to application procedure), gives notice that an application to lease highway right-of-way has been submitted to the Department by the Port Authority of Allegheny County, 345 Sixth Avenue, Third Floor, Pittsburgh, PA seeking to lease highway right-of-way located on the northerly side of SR 0279 (LR 1021 Section 003) in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, containing 91,040± square feet or 2.09± acres between SR 0279 and Ivory Avenue for purposes of vehicle parking.
Interested persons are invited to submit, within 30 days from the publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, written comments, suggestions or objections regarding the approval of this application to Ray S. Hack, P. E., District Engineer, Engineering District 11-0, 45 Thoms Run Road, Bridgeville, PA 15017.
