Application for Lease of Right-of-Way [33 Pa.B. 1546] The Department of Transportation (Department), under section 2002(c) of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P. S. § 512(c)) and 67 Pa. Code § 495.4 (relating to application procedure), gives notice that an application to lease highway right-of-way has been submitted to the Department by the Pittsburgh Public Schools, Operations Office/Facilities, 1305 Muriel Street, Pittsburgh, PA seeking to lease highway right-of-way located on the northerly side of SR 0065 (LR 1039, Section 4) adjacent to Faulsey Way, Page Street and Blake Way, Allegheny County, containing 30,000± square feet or 0.69± acre adjacent to Chateau Street, for purposes of vehicle parking.
Interested persons are invited to submit, within 30 days from the publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, written comments, suggestions or objections regarding the approval of this application to Ray S. Hack, P. E., District Engineer, Engineering District 11-0, 45 Thoms Run Road, Bridgeville, PA 15017.
