[Saturday, March 20, 2010]On January 6, 2010, Andrea L. Katine, unlicensed, of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, was levied a civil penalty of $5,000, for practicing as a physical therapist assistant without being registered to do so.

This final order represents the State Board of Physical Therapy's (Board) final decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court, must serve the Board with a copy of their petition for review.
