     January 13, 2010, Deborah R. Jones, license no. RN-218704-L, of Williamstown, NJ, had her Pennsylvania license suspended for a period of 3 years with the first year to be active and remainder to be stayed in favor of probation, for repeatedly failing to document and maintain accurate records.

     This final order represents the State Board of Nursing's (Board) final decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court, must serve the Board with a copy of their petition for review.
