 On December 18, 2009, Stefanie Anne Cannon, license no. RN-56514, of Glenside, Montgomery County, was suspended for no less than 3 years retroactive to September 28, 2009, for violating the terms of the Voluntary Recovery Program Consent Agreement and Order.

 This final order represents the State Board of Nursing's (Board) final decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court, must serve the Board with a copy of their petition for review.
