[Saturday, March 20, 2010]Notice is hereby given that Nathaniel Sims having been disbarred from the practice of law in the District of Columbia by Opinion and Order of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals decided November 10, 2004, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania issued an Order on March 3, 2010, disbarring Nathaniel Sims from the Bar of this Commonwealth, effective April 2, 2010. In accordance with Rule 217(f), Pa.R.D.E., since this formerly admitted attorney resides outside of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
