State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company; Automobile Insurance Revised Rates and Rules; Rate Filing [34 Pa.B. 1646] On March 3, 2004, the Insurance Department (Department) received from State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company a filing for a rate level change for private passenger automobile insurance.
The company requests an overall 1.4% decrease amounting to -$17,719,400 annually, to be effective June 1, 2004.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to May 2, 2004, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
