Progressive Northern Insurance Company; Private Passenger Auto Program; Rate Filing [34 Pa.B. 1644] On March 5, 2004, the Insurance Department (Department) received from Progressive Northern Insurance Company a filing for a rate level change for private passenger automobile insurance.
The company requests an overall 2.0% increase amounting to $3.03 million annually, to be effective August 3, 2004, for renewal business.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to May 4, 2004, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
