No. CO02-08-015 A prehearing telephone conference initiated by the Administrative Hearings Office shall occur on March 30, 2004, at 10:30 a.m. A hearing in this matter is scheduled for April 13, 2004, at 10 a.m. in the Administrative Hearings Office, Capitol Associates Building, Room 200, 901 North Seventh Street, Harrisburg, PA. The hearing will be held in accordance with 2 Pa.C.S. §§ 501--508 and 701--704 (relating to the Administrative Agency Law), 1 Pa.
