Notice of Suspension [34 Pa.B. 1573] Notice is hereby given that Michelle Hamilton Davy having been suspended indefinitely from the practice of law in the State of Maryland, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania issued an Order dated March 8, 2004 suspending Michelle Hamilton Davy from the practice of law in this Commonwealth consistent with the Order of the Court of Appeals of Maryland dated September 8, 2003. In accordance with Rule 217(f), Pa.R.D.E., since this formerly admitted attorney resides outside the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
