Application of Philadelphia Suburban Water Company (PSW) for approval of (1) the acquisition, by purchase, of the water supply system assets of the Hatboro Borough Authority; and 2) the right of PSW to begin to offer, render, furnish or supply water service to the public in the service territory of Hatboro Borough Authority located in Hatboro Borough and portions of Upper Moreland and Horsham Townships, Montgomery County, PA.
This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, Harrisburg, with a copy served on the applicant on or before March 18, 1996, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
