PENNSYLVANIA GAMING CONTROL BOARD Duplicate Board and Emergency Credential Fees [37 Pa.B. 1287]
[Saturday, March 17, 2007]The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (Board), under 4 Pa.C.S. § 1208 (relating to collection of fees and fines) is authorized to levy and collect fees to fund the operations of the Board.
To cover the costs associated with providing duplicate credentials, the Board is establishing the following fees. The fees are effective immediately.
