 Under 28 Pa. Code § 51.33 (relating to requests for exceptions), the Department of Health (Department) gives notice that the following facilities have requested an exception to the requirements of 28 Pa. Code § 127.32 (relating to written orders):

Frick Hospital
Latrobe Hospital
Westmoreland Hospital

 These requests are on file with the Department of Health (Department). Persons may receive a copy of a request for exception by requesting a copy from the Department of Health, Division of Acute and Ambulatory Care, Room 532, Health and Welfare Building, Harrisburg, PA 17120, [phone], fax [phone], [e-mail].

 The facilities are requesting a waiver of the comment period, as set forth in 28 Pa. Code § 51.33(c).
