Application has been made to the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, under the provisions of the Public Utility Code, by West Penn Power Company for an order evidencing the Commission's approval for authorization to locate and construct the Harrison City Loop 138 kV transmission line located in Westmoreland County, PA.
A public hearing on this proceeding will be held Wednesday, May 1, 1996, at 10 a.m. in the 11th Floor Hearing Room, Pittsburgh State Office Building, 300 Liberty Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA when and where all persons in interest may appear and be heard if they so desired.
