(2006.0295.00); C-20077755; A-311301Rescission Order On November 30, 2007, the Commission entered a Default Order at this docket against MMG Holdings, Inc. (MMG), a reseller of toll services certificated at A-311301, for failure to file its 2005 Annual Report. The Default Order was published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin on December 22, 2007. By letter dated January 7, 2008, MMG submitted its 2005 Annual Report and a check in the amount of $250 payable to the Commission to satisfy the late fee previously assessed against MMG for failure to file its 2005 Annual Report in a timely manner. MMG also submitted an updated ''Supplier Company Contacts'' sheet to update the company's contact information so as to ensure that all future filings will be timely submitted. Finally, MMG advised in its letter that it has taken the additional step of implementing an automatic reporting calendar notification process to ensure timely filing of all future reports; Therefore,
It Is Ordered That:
1. The Default Order entered November 30, 2007, is hereby rescinded.
2. A copy of this Order be published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.

(2006.0295.00); C-20077669; A-310728Rescission Order On November 30, 2007, the Commission entered a Default Order at this docket against Network Billing Systems, LLC (Network Billing), a reseller of toll services certificated at A-310728, for failure to file its 2005 Annual Report. The Default Order was published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin on December 22, 2007 at 37 Pa. Bull. 6872. Subsequently, however, Commission staff discovered that Network Billing had in fact filed its 2005 Annual Report on May 3, 2006, so that the complaint should not have been filed against the company; Therefore,
It Is Ordered That:
1. The Default Order entered November 30, 2007, is hereby rescinded.
2. A copy of this Order be published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.

(Preferred Carrier), a reseller of toll services certificated at A-310403, for failure to file its 2005 Annual Report. The Default Order was published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin on December 22, 2007 at 37 Pa. Bull. 6880. Subsequently, however, Commission staff discovered that Preferred Carrier had in fact filed its 2005 Annual Report on March 29, 2007, so that the complaint should not have been filed against the company; Therefore,
It Is Ordered That:
1. The Default Order entered November 30, 2007, is hereby rescinded.
2. A copy of this Order be published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
