       AMD 11(0632)101.1, Acid Mine Drainage Remediation Project, Mineral Point (Saltlick Run), Jackson Township, Cambria County. The principal items of work and approximate quantities include Access Road Construction, Reinforced Concrete Low Flow Culvert, 1,675 square yards of Rock Lining with Filter Material, 24,600 cubic yards of Excavation, 11,500 cubic yards of Waste Material, 14 Ten-Inch Diameter Stainless Steel Pipe and Fittings, 900 linear feet of Ten-Inch Diameter PVC Pipe and Fittings and 7.1 acres of Seeding. This project issues on March 14, 2008 and bids will be opened on April 10, 2008 at 2 p.m. Bid documents cost $15 per set and will not be mailed until payment has been received. This project is financed by the Federal Government under the authority given it by Pub. L. No. 95-87 dated August 3, 1977, the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977, and is subject to that law and to the Federal Grant for this project.
