[Saturday, March 15, 2008]The Lobbying Disclosure Regulations Committee (Committee) published a proposed rulemaking at 38 Pa.B. 435, 445--466 on January 19, 2008. On page 444 of the Preamble to the proposed rulemaking, an inadvertent typographical error appeared in the first sentence of the Regulatory Review Act Requirements stating that the Committee submitted a copy of the proposed rulemaking and the Regulatory Analysis Form to Chairpersons of the House State Government Committee on January 9, 2008. In fact, on January 9, 2008, the Committee submitted a copy of the proposed rulemaking and the Regulatory Analysis Form to the Chairpersons of the House Judiciary Committee (the appropriately designated committee). The documents were also submitted to the Independent Regulatory Review Commission and the Chairpersons of the Senate State Government Committee as noted in the January 19, 2008, publication.
