Complainant believes the respondents have created a dangerous situation and a public safety hazard. The activation of warning signals and the raising and lowering of gates at Woodbourne Road (State Route 2033) are now automatically controlled, but it does not account for the speed of the approaching trains.
An initial hearing on this matter will be held on Wednesday, May 21, 2003, at 10 a.m. in an available hearing room, Philadelphia State Office Building, Broad and Spring Garden Streets, Philadelphia, PA, when and where all persons in interest may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
