   And Now, this 25th day of February, 1998 in order to provide effective service to the public and upon request of the District Justices, it is hereby

   Ordered and Decreed that the hours of operation in the District Justice Offices Are Set at 9:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, commencing March 9, 1998.
