FISH AND BOAT COMMISSION Additional Restrictions on Fish and Boat Commission Property [29 Pa.B. 1453] The Executive Director of the Fish and Boat Commission (Commission), acting under the authority of 58 Pa. Code § 53.18 (relating to additional restrictions), has established the following additional restrictions for Commission property. These additional restrictions shall be effective when posted at the sites.
County Area Additional Restrictions Beaver Hereford Manor Lakes During the period April 16, 1999 to May 31, 1999, the use or possession of beer and alcoholic beverages is prohibited and open fires are prohibited. Washington Dutch Fork Lake During the period April 16, 1999 to May 31, 1999, the use or possession of beer and alcoholic beverages is prohibited and open fires are prohibited.
