DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION Application for University Status and Name Change by Cabrini College [46 Pa.B. 1328]
[Saturday, March 12, 2016]Under the act of June 18, 2014 (P. L. 769, No. 67), the Department of Education (Department) is publishing the application by Cabrini College to operate as a university under the name of Cabrini University.
The Department received notification of the intent to make the change to university status and to change the name of the institution on January 19, 2016. The effective date of the change to university status is April 19, 2016. The Department has reviewed and accepted the notification.
