[Saturday, March 12, 2011]Notice is hereby given that Alan Benes Vlcek having been disbarred from the practice of law in the State of Florida by Order of the Supreme Court of Florida dated August 30, 2007, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania issued an Order on February 24, 2011, disbarring Alan Benes Vlcek from the Bar of this Commonwealth, effective March 26, 2011. In accordance with Rule 217(f), Pa.R.D.E., since this formerly admitted attorney resides outside of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
