STATE BOARD OF COSMETOLOGY Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs v. Michele K. Childs; Doc. No. 0191-45-04 [35 Pa.B. 1742] On February 28, 2005, Michele K. Childs, license no. CO-220309-L, of Wallingford, Delaware County, was suspended for violating a lawful order of the State Board of Cosmetology (Board) by failing to pay a civil penalty.
