DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) Community Prevention Planning Committee Public Meetings [35 Pa.B. 1721] The Statewide HIV Community Prevention Planning Committee, established by the Department of Health (Department) under sections 301(a) and 317(b) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C.A. §§ 241(a) and 247(b)), will hold public meetings on Wednesday and Thursday, March 16 and 17, 2005, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Best Western Inn and Suites, 815 Eisenhower Boulevard, Middletown, PA 17057.
