     On December 7, 2011, Bonnie Brae Auction, LLC, license no. RH000954, of Pottstown, Montgomery County, was assessed a $2,000 civil penalty and had its license suspended for 6 months based on findings that it failed, within a reasonable time, to account for or pay over moneys belonging to another which had come into the corporation's possession as a result of a sales transaction.

     Individuals may obtain a copy of the adjudication by writing to Juan A. Ruiz, Board Counsel, State Board of Auctioneer Examiners, P. O. Box 2649, Harrisburg, PA 17105-2649.

     This adjudication and final order represents the State Board of Auctioneer Examiners' (Board) final decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court must serve the Board with a copy of their petition for review. The Board contact for receiving service of the appeals is the previously-named Board counsel.
