Application for Exception to 28 Pa. Code § 117.26(a)

 Under 28 Pa. Code § 51.33 (relating to requests for exceptions), the Department of Health (Department) gives notice that the following facilities have requested an exception to the requirements of 28 Pa. Code§ 117.26(a) (relating to physician on-call schedule for basic and general emergency service):

St. Luke's Hospital
St. Luke's Hospital—Anderson
St. Luke's Miners Memorial
St. Luke's Quakertown Hospital

 These requests are on file with the Department. Persons may receive a copy of a request for exception by requesting a copy from the Department of Health, Division of Acute and Ambulatory Care, Room 532, Health and Welfare Building, Harrisburg, PA 17120, [phone], fax [phone], [e-mail].

 Persons who wish to comment on an exception request may do so by sending a letter by mail, e-mail or facsimile to the Division at the address listed previously.

 Comments received by the Department within 10 days after the date of publication of this notice will be reviewed by the Department before it decides whether to approve or disapprove the request for exception.

 Persons with a disability who wish to obtain a copy of a request and/or provide comments to the Department and require an auxiliary aid, service or other accommodation to do so should contact the Division at the previously listed address or phone number, or for speech and/or hearing impaired persons V/TT [phone], or the Pennsylvania AT&T Relay Service at [phone].
