[Saturday, March 10, 2007]On February 26, 2007, the Insurance Department (Department) received from State Farm Fire and Casualty Company a filing for rate level changes for private passenger automobile insurance.
The company requests an overall 0.2% decrease amounting to -$0.202 million annually, to be effective May 7, 2007.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to April 27, 2007, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.

A copy of the filing is also available for public inspection, by appointment, during normal working hours at the Department's regional office in Harrisburg.
