   A-230432F2001.  Schnecksville North Water and Sewer Company, Inc. and Allied Utility Services, Inc. Application of Schnecksville North Water and Sewer Company, Inc., and Allied Utility Services, Inc. for approval of the:  (1) transfer by sale of Schnecksville North Water and Sewer Company, Inc.'s facilities and assets used in the provision of public sewer services, and the acquisition thereof by Allied Utility Services, Inc.; and (2) abandonment by Schnecksville North Water and Sewer Services in certain portions of North Whitehall Township, Lehigh County.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, Harrisburg, with a copy served on the applicant on or before March 17, 1997, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
