DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION Application for Lease of Right-of-Way [32 Pa.B. 842] The Department of Transportation (Department), under the authority contained in section 2002(c) of The Administrative Code (71 P. S. § 512(c)) and 67 Pa. Code § 495.4 (relating to application procedure), gives notice that an application to lease highway right-of-way has been submitted to the Department by Wright Pontiac of Beaver, LLC, seeking to lease highway right-of-way located along State Route 0051 in the Borough of Bridgewater, Beaver County, containing 10,450+ square feet or 0.24+ acre, adjacent to SR 0051, for the display of motor vehicles (car inventory).
Interested persons are invited to submit, within 30 days from the publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, written comments, suggestions and/or objections regarding the approval of this application to Ray S. Hack, P.E., District Engineer, Engineering District 11-0, 45 Thoms Run Road, Bridgeville, PA 15017.
