INSURANCE DEPARTMENT Application and Request for a Certificate of Authority [27 Pa.B. 769] Educators Alliance Insurance Company has applied for a Certificate of Authority to operate as a stock casualty insurance company in Pennsylvania. The initial filing was received on January 22, 1997 and was made under the requirements set forth under the Business Corporation Law of 1988, 15 Pa.C.S. § 1 et seq. Persons wishing to comment on the grounds of public or private interest to the issuance of the Department's order approving this Certificate of Authority are invited to submit a written statement to the Insurance Department within 15 days from the date of this issue of the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
