Pennsylvania Life Insurance Company; Rate Increase Filing for Several LTC Forms [45 Pa.B. 736]
[Saturday, February 7, 2015]Pennsylvania Life Insurance Company is requesting approval to increase the premium 44% on 69 policyholders with the following individual LTC policy form numbers: 1460, 1490, P30, P34, P35, P39, PLNHO and PLNHOQ.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to April 23, 2015, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
A copy of the filing is available on the Insurance Department's (Department) web site at www.insurance.pa.gov. Under the tab ''How to Find . . .'' click on the link ''PA Bulletin.''
Copies of the filing are also available for public inspection, by appointment, during normal working hours at the Department's Harrisburg office.
