[Saturday, February 7, 2015]Notice is hereby given that Gary Leigh Shaffer (# 30952) having been suspended for five months from the practice of patent, trademark and other non-patent law by Order of the United States Patent and Trademark Office dated July 31, 2014, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania issued an Order dated January 16, 2015 suspending Gary Leigh Shaffer from the practice of law in this Commonwealth for a period of five months, effective February 15, 2015. In accordance with Rule 217(f), Pa.R.D.E., since this formerly admitted attorney resides outside the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
