[Saturday, February 7, 2009]RiverSource Life Insurance Company (previously called IDS Life Insurance Company) is requesting approval to increase the premium 15% on Long-Term Care policy forms 30225-PA, 30225-PA1 and 30225A-PA1. A total of 4,152 Pennsylvania policyholders will be affected by this rate adjustment.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to April 23, 2009, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
